Peanut butter cookies
Makes about 12 cookies
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup caster sugar
1 egg, lightly whisked
Preheat oven to 190°C (fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Roll mixture into balls (about 1 tablespoon each), flatten slightly with a fork and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until just golden around the edges.
